In my career as an IT architect, I had to assert myself in a very male-dominated and cutthroat world, and over my 35-year career, I rose to the position of Technical Executive at a large, international IT consulting firm. During this time, I learned many things that I have shared with colleagues around the world in numerous mentoring and coaching sessions. Sometimes, just a few conversations are enough to raise awareness of certain issues, adjust behavior, and move forward successfully.

Vermarktung Business/ Social Media
Die positive und v.A. permanente Darstellung des eigenen Business (kann auch ein Verein, ein Kleinunternehmen, eine Gruppierung) sein, ist heutzutage enorm wichtig. Fast jeder potentielle Kunde/potentielles Mitglied 'googled' zunächst, oder wird durch soziale Medien auf etwas aufmerksam. Wenn ihr bisher noch gar nichts oder nur sehr wenig in diese Richtung gemacht habt, kann ich Euch helfen eine Social Media Strategie zu erstellen, Instagram/Facebook/TikTok/YouTube, etc. einzurichten und bei den ersten 'Posts' unterstützen.
Durch meine Arbeit in der IT habe ich einen entsprechenden Background, und durch mein Ehrenamt im Sportverein als zuständig für alle Online-Medien auch eine jahrelange Erfahrung in diesem Bereich. Wir hatten als eine der ersten Sportvereine eine eigene Homepage, Facebook und Insta-Account, etc.
